47355 was bought from West Coast Railway Company at Carnforth in 2026 and was delivered to Toddington on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway where it is now based.

The cab is being restored to how it used to look before it was withdrawn from service in 2007.

Parts are still available from other locomotives that face the chop at the scrapyard and we are still on the lookout for any available parts that might still be out there.

The cab will eventually end up in the visitor centre at Toddington when that is built in the coming years.
